We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Associate Business Analysts to support our Business Analysis team in delivering high-quality digital products. The ideal candidate will assist in gathering and analyzing requirements, maintaining project documentation, and facilitating collaboration across cross-functional teams.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in gathering business requirements by participating in client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal walkthroughs.
• Document meeting minutes, action items, and maintain requirement traceability.
• Help draft basic user stories with support from senior team members.
• Support the preparation of Product Requirement Documents (PRD) and Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with QA teams to validate test cases and ensure alignment with requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date Jira boards, update tasks, and monitor sprint progress.
• Shadow senior analysts in conducting gap analysis, feasibility checks, and stakeholder communications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital product development.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Good to Have:

• Exposure to tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Draw.io, or Lucidchart.
• Internship or academic projects in mobile/web app development or IT projects.
• Familiarity with wireframing tools or requirement modeling techniques.
