Role & responsibilities
• Handling asset management of the target for the investment made by the private equity or strategic clients.
• Analyze financial and operational data / results of the Target through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
• Analyze sales data of the target through reviewing the MIS and conducting interviews with management.
• Analyze cost data, compare with the budget and conduct interviews with the Management of the target.
• Verification of the daily payment to be made to the vendors with respect to the supportings and other relevant backups. Discuss with the Management for any clarification required / issues noted.
• Review of No Objection Certificate to be issued based on the requirements of private equity or strategic clients.
• Preparing the monthly / quarterly reports as per the timelines suggested by the private equity or strategic clients.


Preferred candidate profile
Should have worked on Statutory Audit role during the articleship tenure
