🔹 Role Overview
As an Assistant Operations Manager – Vendor, you will own vendor performance end-to-end. You’ll be responsible for driving growth, improving utilisation, strengthening collections, reducing attrition, and building strong vendor relationships while leading on-ground teams.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
âś” Drive vendor onboarding and net growth
âś” Reduce drop-offs and improve vendor retention
âś” Own collections and ensure financial discipline
âś” Improve on-road vehicles and utilisation metrics
âś” Lead, mentor, and review RM / ground teams
âś” Conduct regular reviews, RCA, and action planning
âś” Collaborate with Supply, Ops, Support, and Central teams
🔹 What We’re Looking For
4–7 years of experience in fleet operations, vendor management, or supply operations
Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle, collections, and attrition control
Execution-focused mindset with strong ownership
Proven people management and stakeholder coordination skills
Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and performance reviews
Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam (spoken preferred)
