Job Responsibilities :
1.1) Account Management - Prospection
l To contact and inform existing customers and new prospects, in order to keep the market up-to-date about ACG NUTRA product portfolio & services.
l To expand ACG NUTRA customer base in the segment in order to contribute to the revenue target as per the budgeted figures.
l To identify and actively search for new prospects, analyze sales potential and work out sales activities.
l To regularly visit customers for sales & business development.
l To identify new product opportunities at existing and new prospects, coordinate a development of a customized viable solution and steer the concept to commercialization of the same.
l To ensure market leadership and business share position in the segment.
1.2) Sales & Business Development - Proposals, forecast, contracts, market
l S/he will be responsible to achieve Sales Volume and value other key performance indicators (such as account receivables, C-Forms, etc.) in the assigned segment.
l S/he will develop quarterly rolling forecasts for regular and new products and report the achievement, variances and relevant market information on a monthly basis.
l S/he will have the authority to close contracts with clients in agreement with ACG NUTRAs policies. For exceptions to the standard contractual arrangements, s/he will follow the applicable valid procedures.
l S/he will gain market information – trends, study competitors products and services and analyze the same, in order to explore ways of improving product portfolio and services, competitive analysis and communication strategy in order to increase profitability and market position and ACG NUTRA’s value proposition.
1.3) Database management
l S/he will ensure that the Customer database / CRM systems / SAP Masters / Monday.com are accurately updated and the documentation for all existing and new business opportunities are completed.
l S/he will extract data from SAP and use analytical tools (including excel data analysis capabilities) for MIS reports and develop timely action plan in order to ensure organization’s commercial interests.
l S/he will update Sales Pyramids (Key Account Management Plan) for all major customers in the assigned territory on a monthly basis.
l S/he will update the Sales presentation on a monthly basis (MD review sales Meeting).
l Seminar / Exhibitions leads to be captures from the known universe to buying platform.
1.4) Product knowledge
l S/he will learn and gain familiarity of technical and functioning aspects related to Nutra projects.
l S/he will understand the advantages of ACG NUTRA’s products vis--vis others and integrate this product knowledge in the sales & business development process.
l S/he will get familiar with regulatory perspective of capsules and gelatin chemistry in order to facilitate better interactions with customers’ R&D and Regulatory.
l S/he will continually update her (him)self with developments in NUTRA industry and how specifically can the same be capitalized through innovative solutions.
1.5) Team management (if applicable)
l To coordinate, follow up and review the implementation of the sales and business development plan through the respective team, in order to achieve the agreed objectives in the short term and to ensure that the business strategy is achieved in the medium term.
l To manage, control, coach and evaluate the team associates, in order to give the necessary support and to guide them towards optimum performance.
l To lead the team from the front by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the company’s sales SOP.
l To identify developmental needs of the team members and liaise with HR to organize required trainings (external / internal) for an improved performance.
l To coordinate with the other divisions of ACG ACPL, e.g. marketing / production / pfd / accounts / QC, etc. for smooth day to day functioning.
