Roles and Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation of surface treatment processes, including electroplating, phosphating, powder coating, and painting.
• Manage manpower handling and optimize production efficiency to meet quality standards.
• Oversee chemical handling procedures to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Coordinate with other departments (lighting, paint shop) for seamless integration of surface treatment processes.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement corrective actions to maintain optimal conditions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-12 years of experience in surface treatment industry or related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization.
• Strong knowledge of chemical handling, lighting systems, manpower management, paint shop operations, and surface treatment techniques.
