KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Core Responsibilities
- Drive and expand the sales network by generating leads through interaction with the
- Physicians, Nursing Homes, Collection Centres, Hospitals and other potential community
- (Both within and outside MHC)
- Responsible for overall sales targets and business profitability
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks in the region
- Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results, revenue and expenses reports and ealistic
- forecasts) for the sales team
- Regularly engage with clinicians (within and outside MHC) & specialty team to generate new
- leads
- Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their
