Job Description

An Area Relationship Executive is a professional responsible for managing and enhancing relationships with clients within a specific geographic area. This role involves understanding client needs, promoting relevant products or services, and ensuring overall client satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.​

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the assigned area.​
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs.​
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.​
  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.​
  • Prospect and acquire new clients within the designated area.​
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve growth targets.​
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.​
  • Provide feedback to the company on market needs and product/service improvements.​
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure client needs are met.​
  • Participate in team meetings to share insights and strategies.​
  • Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.​
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and client feedback.​

Qualifications:

  • Education: A bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field is preferred.​Velvet Jobs
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a related role, preferably within the financial services industry.​
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.​
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.​
  • Ability to analyze market data and identify trends.​
