Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct credit appraisal and assessment of borrowers profiles, including income, assets, liabilities, and credit history.
• Evaluate financial documents such as balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements to determine creditworthiness.
• Analyze market trends and economic conditions to inform lending decisions.
• Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in home loan credit underwriting or related field.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
