• Responsible for calling US Insurance companies on behalf of doctors/physicians and following up on outstanding Accounts Receivable.
• Should have basic knowledge of the entire RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• Perform analysis of accounts receivable data and understand the reasons for pending claims in AR and the top denial reasons
