Documentation : Creating and updating operational documentation, including process manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflow diagrams. Inventory Management : Assisting in inventory tracking, management, and optimization to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste. Supply Chain : Gaining exposure to supply chain management by monitoring and analyzing supply chain processes, vendor relationships, and logistics. Project Support : Contributing to ongoing projects related to operations, which may involve data collection, analysis, and project coordination. Quality Assurance : Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities to maintain product or service quality standards.
