As an Operations Apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience in the daily functions of the operations team. This role provides an opportunity to develop a strong foundation in business operations, logistics, and process management while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in day-to-day operations, including workflow coordination, inventory management, and administrative support.
- Learn and support operational processes such as supply chain management, order processing, and quality control.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics to help improve efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with different departments (e.g., logistics, production, customer service) to ensure smooth business operations.
- Support the implementation of new operational procedures and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and documentation of operational activities.
- Learn how to troubleshoot basic operational issues and propose solutions.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures, and compliance regulations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Recent graduate or student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
