Must have:

Graduation
CA (max 4-5 attempts)

Roles and Responsibilities: -

External reporting
Preparation of annual financial accounts and it gets published in the market
Working on IRFS, UK GAAP

Preparation of Group subsidiary accounts
Supporting Legal entity Rationalizing projects
XBRL tagging of financial statements
Review of account balances / Trial Balance
Managing month end processes / reviews
Review monthly intergroup balances and resolving mismatches
