We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as an Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to help inform business decisions, optimize performance, and support strategic planning. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to support business initiatives.
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and business goals.
• Conduct market, competitor, or financial analysis depending on department focus.
• Assist in the development of forecasting models and performance metrics.
• Provide recommendations based on data analysis to improve processes or outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar analytical role (entry-level positions may vary).
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with big data tools and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake).
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations or trends.
