Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from various internal and external sources
- Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business operations and performance tracking
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver insights
- Assist in developing models and forecasts to support strategic planning
- Prepare presentations and written reports for senior management and business units
- Support process improvement initiatives through data insights and recommendations
- Maintain documentation related to data definitions, processes, and methodologies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role (internship or professional)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
- Familiarity with data querying languages such as SQL
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with tools like Python, R, or SAS for advanced analytics
- Exposure to databases, data warehouses, and cloud-based analytics platforms
- Knowledge of business processes in industries like finance, retail, tech, or healthcare
- Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana
