Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and issues through voice calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. You will serve as the first point of contact for international clients and deliver exceptional service in a professional manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound international calls.
  • Resolve customer queries related to [product/service specifics, e.g., billing, technical support, order status].
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Adhere to call quality standards and performance metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, etc.).
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets and KPIs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Prior experience in international voice process (preferred but not mandatory for fresher roles).
  • Ability to work in night shifts and handle pressure.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum qualification: [High School / Graduate / Diploma – depending on role requirements].

* *Bellandur:* Retail, Banking, and E-commerce Process


 *🕒 Shift Timings:*


* *Complete US Shift* (Night Shift)

* *Cab Facility:* Available for both *Male & Female* employees

* *Cab Timings:* 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM


 *💼 Job Details:*


* *Minimum Qualification:* 12th Pass

* *Experience:*


 * *Fresher:*


  * Salary: ₹22,000/month + Incentives

  * Night Shift Allowance: ₹200 per day

  * *Joining Bonus:* ₹10,000 (after completing 3 months)

 * *Experienced:*


  * Salary: ₹25,000/month + Incentives

  * Night Shift Allowance: ₹200 per day

  * *Joining Bonus:* ₹10,000 (after completing 3 months)
