- Design and implement scalable ML solutions using state-of-the-art generative models
- Fine-tune and optimize large language models (LLMs) for domain-specific applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI and deep learning
- Develop pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment
- Ensure model performance, fairness, and interpretability through rigorous testing and validation
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
