AI/ML Python Developer

Location: Mohali, Punjab (On-site)

Reporting to: Data Science Lead

Role summary

Lead development of Python backend systems integrating AI/ML models. Build data pipelines, embed ML within applications and contribute to product evolution. (Based on actual listing) 

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement backend features in Python for AI/ML driven applications.

• Work with data engineers to integrate models (TensorFlow/PyTorch/Scikit-learn).

• Prepare APIs, deploy solutions on cloud (AWS SageMaker, Glue) and monitor performance.

• Mentor junior team members, review code, ensure best practices.

• Collaborate with frontend/DevOps teams for production readiness.

Required qualifications & skills

• Bachelor’s in CS/IT or related field.

• 4+ years experience in Python development and ML integration.

• Experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch), data frameworks (Pandas, PySpark).

• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud services.

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred

• Experience with microservices architecture, data pipelines, e-commerce/health-tech domain.

• Exposure to full-stack development plus ML models.
