Role Overview
As an Agile Project Manager, you will lead software development initiatives, serving as both Project Manager and Scrum Master. You will manage the entire Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Project Management: Oversee the entire PDLC, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
• Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Coordination: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide transparent status updates and manage expectations.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
Qualifications
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 13–16 years in software development and project management.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills.
