Role Overview
Lead and manage the entire admissions (sales) team and drive monthly revenue through pipeline growth and counselor performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a team of 6–15 academic counselors.
• Set daily/weekly sales targets & review pipelines.
• Optimize CRM flows, follow-ups & conversion strategy.
• Track ROI of marketing campaigns and improve lead quality.
• Conduct weekly training for counselors.
• Support leadership in forecasting and admissions planning.
Requirements
• Prior ed-tech or inside-sales leadership mandatory.
• Data-driven + strong command over CRM tools.
• High ownership and ability to handle pressure.
