Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and converting potential customers into sales opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct a minimum of 100 minutes of outbound calls daily to potential customers.
● Identify and generate new sales opportunities through research and targeted outreach.
● Understand customer needs and requirements to offer tailored solutions.
● Maintain and update the CRM with accurate customer and lead information.
● Follow up on leads and conduct thorough qualification to determine sales potential.
● Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Provide exceptional customer service and address any queries or concerns.
● Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge to effectively engage with
customers.
Qualifications & Skills:
● Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or telemarketing.
● Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and engaging phone manner.
● Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● High school diploma or equivalent; any bachelors degree preferred.
Should have fluent communication in Hindi and English.
