• Guide prospective students through the admissions process via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings.
• Understand their interests and academic background to suggest suitable courses or programs.

Lead Management:

• Handle incoming inquiries from various platforms (Job Hai, WhatsApp groups, social media, etc.).
• Follow up regularly with leads to ensure conversions.

Documentation:

• Assist students in completing application forms and submitting necessary documents.
• Maintain accurate records of counseling and admission activities.

Target Achievement:

• Work with a goal-oriented approach to meet weekly/monthly admission targets.

Communication Skills: Must have excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi and/or English).

Experience:

• Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply.
• Prior experience in counseling sales.
