Key Responsibilities:

• Invoice Management: Ensure accurate and timely invoicing across global regions, adhering to local regulations.
• Cash Application: Process and allocate customer payments in multiple currencies; reconcile discrepancies.
• Aging Reports & Collections: Review and follow up on overdue accounts; reduce aging balances and improve cash flow.
• Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with global accounting standards; assist in financial reporting.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, customer service, and finance to resolve payment issues.
• Credit Risk Management: Evaluate new credit applications and monitor ongoing credit risk.
• Customer Communication: Maintain clear communication with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment terms.
• Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to accounts receivable processes and systems.
• Internal Audits & Support: Assist with audits, providing necessary documentation and resolving issues.
• Dispute Resolution: Resolve customer disputes efficiently, collaborating with relevant teams.
• Currency & Tax Management: Manage multi-currency transactions and ensure proper tax reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar finance role.
• Proficiency in accounting and business management software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books).
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations.
• Extensive experience with account reconciliation processes.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
