Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and process invoices, bills, payments, and expense reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and update ledgers, journals, and bank statements.
- Assist in monthly closings, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports.
- Support with GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance (as per local regulations).
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve billing or payment issues.
- Assist the finance team during audits and in preparing documents for financial reviews.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and ensure data confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar role.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP).
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Basic understanding of tax regulations and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory processes (India-specific or adjust per country).
- Pursuing or completed CA Inter / CMA / other finance certifications is a plus.
