- Bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable (A/R A/P).
- Manage and process invoices, collections, bills, and vendor payments for US operations.
- Monitor aging reports and ensure timely follow-ups on outstanding receivables.
- Reconcile A/R and A/P balances, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Accurately and timely book bank and credit card transactions.
- Perform bank and credit card account reconciliations.
- Compliance Process Improvement.
- Ensure adherence to US GAAP and local accounting standards.
- Support audits, and compliance requirements for US operations.
- Continuously assess and improve accounting processes, automation, and efficiency.
- Implement internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Financial Reporting.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc financial reports for the OP leadership team.
Qualifications Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting supporting US-based businesses.
- Strong knowledge of day-to-day accounting operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
- Experience working with US accounting standards (GAAP) and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
- Detail-oriented and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours only several days a month to support US teams as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent accounting certification (preferred but not mandatory).
- Prior experience in a consulting or IT services firm is a plus.
