Job Summary:
Raghavendra Shetty & Associates is seeking motivated candidates with CA Inter qualifications or a B.Com degree for articleship. The role involves working under professional guidance, gaining experience in core accounting, auditing, and taxation tasks, with compensation based on skill level and experience.

Responsibilities:

Assist in statutory and internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Engage in tax preparation, filing, and handling general compliance.
Perform bookkeeping, prepare financial statements, and maintain accurate accounting records.
Conduct reconciliations, documentation, and verification processes.
Collaborate on client projects, providing support and insights under supervision.
Requirements:

CA Inter passed or B.Com graduate with a strong foundation in accounting principles.
Basic knowledge of auditing, taxation, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
Good communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
