
Role Summary
Manage client relationships, own campaign delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams (creative, SEO, analytics), and ensure timely delivery & client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Single point of contact for clients; manage briefs, timelines & budgets.
• Translate client objectives into agency briefs and monitor campaign performance.
• Prepare client presentations, status reports and lead review meetings.
• Upsell additional services and support new business pitches.
Requirements
• Strong communication & presentation skills.
• Experience in managing digital, social & PR campaigns.
• Comfortable with reporting, budgeting & basic analytics.
