Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator & Account Manager is a Onsite role that combines project management and client relationship responsibilities. The position involves coordinating staffing operations, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality staffing solutions. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to balance project execution and account management effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Plan, organize, and execute recruitment and staffing projects to meet client requirements.
Coordinate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
Monitor project milestones, address any operational issues, and ensure deliverables are met on schedule.
Oversee candidate onboarding, compliance checks, and documentation.
Organize logistics for hiring events, interviews, and training sessions.
Client Account Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding staffing progress and candidate performance.
Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze metrics such as fill rates, time-to-hire, and client satisfaction.
Prepare detailed performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify areas for improvement in staffing processes and recommend solutions.
Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and client-specific requirements.
Collaboration & Business Development:
Partner with recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client needs.
Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and support new business acquisition.
Participate in strategic planning meetings to discuss project and account goals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote services and build brand awareness.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in staffing, recruitment, project coordination, or account management.
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems, ATS platforms, and MS Office Suite.
Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret key metrics.
