Job Description

Role Overview:


As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals. You’ll work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to convert inbound and outbound leads into long-term customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced SaaS environment and have a passion for consultative sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:


Sales & Pipeline Management:

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Conduct product demos, sales presentations, and discovery calls with potential customers
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads

Customer-Centric Selling:

  • Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to drive revenue growth
  • Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with BDRs, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive seamless customer experiences
  • Maintain accurate sales data in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Provide feedback on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity

Qualifications & Skills:


🔹 2-5 years of SaaS sales experience, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas

🔹 Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

🔹 Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach.io

🔹 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

🔹 Consultative selling approach with a focus on value-based solutions

🔹 Bachelors degree (preferred but not required)
