✅ Hunt, chase, and charm potential clients—aka lead generation with flair
✅ Have intelligent, value-driven conversations with HR and talent leaders
✅ Own the full sales cycle—from "Hey, nice to e-meet you!" to "Let’s sign the deal!"
✅ Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine our pitch (yes, we listen to sales!) ✅ Track progress, celebrate small wins (and big ones with cake)
What We’re Looking For (Besides a Great Sense of Humor) 🎤
🔹 2-4 years of experience in HRTech sales (ATS, HRMS, Payroll, L&D… if you know, you know)
🔹 Love for outreach, cold calls, LinkedIn networking, and breaking the ice like a pro
🔹 Comfort with numbers (we live by pipeline metrics)
🔹 Ability to sell without sounding like a robot 🤖
