For the Position of : Administrative Executive / Accounts Executive
Education and Qualifications : Basic Degree must - B.Com, Bsc, BBM, MBA, Engineering,
Skills to know : Computer Skills a must with good grasp on MS Word and Excel
Excellent Communication skills - English - Writing and Speaking
Good Adapatablity along with team / Interpersonel Skills
General Communicaion - Kannada , Hindi - Speaking prefered
Sheduling of Meetings with Clients, consulatants and vendors
Good time Management skills
Basic Works / Data Entry and
doing the tasks
Basic Data entery of Accounts - Updation of Accoutnts Ledger, Account
Transfers for Payments, Invoicing and followups.
Scheduling of meetings with Clients and vendors along with coordination and
general day to day activities.
