Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing academy programs to enhance skills and promote sports participation
2. Planning and organizing sports events, tournaments, and clinics for athletes of all levels
3. Collaborating with coaches, staff, and partners to ensure successful execution of events
4. Managing registration, logistics, and communication for academy sessions and events
5. Evaluating and analyzing performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and event outcomes
6. Cultivating relationships with participants, sponsors, and stakeholders to foster a strong community presence
