Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA + monthly incentives
Role Overview
You’ll guide students/working professionals toward the right course, convert leads, and ensure strong post-enrollment support.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound & outbound counseling calls.
• Understand student goals and pitch the right program.
• Convert leads from marketing funnels (website/Instagram/Google).
• Maintain daily CRM records & follow-up pipelines.
• Coordinate with faculty for student onboarding.
• Achieve weekly and monthly revenue targets.
Requirements
• Strong communication + persuasion skills.
• Energetic, target-driven, and comfortable on calls.
• Ed-tech/Tele-sales experience is a plus.
