- Adapting to CRM.
- Assisting Students in the admission process and fee collection.
- Cold-calling from the given database for leads generation and process for the nurturing calling.
- Talk with the prospect/leads on the phone/dialer so as to convert the leads
- Counsel students and help in solving their admission queries.
- Counsel students for their career path in UG/PG etc. - Email writing skills.
- Handling chatbot inquiries. - SMS copyright.
- Whatsapp sales communication.
- Reach daily and weekly sales targets.
- Proper follow-up and the documentation
