💼 Hiring: Academic Counsellor

Location: MG Road, Bengaluru

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday fixed off)

Age Limit: Up to 30 years

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility:

Graduates only (any stream)

Freshers and candidates with sales experience can apply

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi are a must

Salary:

Freshers: ₹30,000 (Take Home)

Experienced: Up to ₹42,000 (Take Home) - ED TECH experience is mandatory 

Role Overview:

As an Academic Counsellor, you will be responsible for guiding students and parents regarding educational programs, understanding their learning needs, and recommending suitable courses. The role involves interacting with potential students through calls and meetings, providing counselling, and helping them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students on available programs and admission processes

Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding course inquiries

Achieve daily and monthly enrolment targets

Maintain strong follow-up and relationship management
