About Efficacy Global Sales:
Efficacy Global Sales, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Mumbai, is a leading
Edtech aggregator operating in 8 countries. We specialize in selling Indian online
Edtech courses internationally through a robust inside sales model. With a massive
pre-sales team operating across multiple shifts, we are now expanding our
operations to Bangalore.
Position Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our expanding team in
Bangalore. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a
strong drive for financial success and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inside sales to promote and sell Indian online Edtech
coursesinternationally.
• Make calls per day, adhering to provided sales guidelines.
• Work flexible shifts, including night shifts to cater to the USA region.
• Participate in a rigorous 3-day training program post-selection.
Requirements:
• Education: Open to freshers and experienced candidates.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills.
• Shift Flexibility: Willingness to work any shift, including night shifts.
• Location: Must be willing to work from our office in Vasai, Mumbai
Selection Process:
• 2 rounds of interviews.
• Comprehensive 3-day training program post-selection.
Shift Details:
• Timings: 9 PM -6 AM
• Work Days: 6 days working, 1 day rotational off
• Stipend: 22K / month+ 5K +(uncapped incentive)
