Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad (Work from Office)

CTC: ₹3.5 – ₹4.5 LPA

Experience: 0–3 year (Freshers welcome)

About the Role:

As an Inside Sales Associate at Infinity Learn, you will play a key role in driving student enrollments by understanding their learning needs and guiding them to the right courses. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing edtech environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Call and connect with potential students or parents via outbound calls.
  • Understand academic requirements and provide relevant product guidance.
  • Counsel prospects and convert leads into successful enrollments.
  • Meet weekly/monthly conversion targets.
  • Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the operations and counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Proficient in Hindi + Kannada (for Bangalore) or Hindi + Tamil (for Hyderabad).
  • Must have a laptop and be comfortable working from office.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
