About the Role:
As an Inside Sales Associate at Infinity Learn, you will play a key role in driving student enrollments by understanding their learning needs and guiding them to the right courses. This is a high-impact role in a fast-growing edtech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Call and connect with potential students or parents via outbound calls.
- Understand academic requirements and provide relevant product guidance.
- Counsel prospects and convert leads into successful enrollments.
- Meet weekly/monthly conversion targets.
- Maintain lead details and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and counseling teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales/telecalling.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Proficient in Hindi + Kannada (for Bangalore) or Hindi + Tamil (for Hyderabad).
- Must have a laptop and be comfortable working from office.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.
