Job Description
1. Provide one-on-one academic counselling to students, helping them identify and achieve
their academic goals.
2. Assist students in developing personalized study plans and time management strategies.
3. Conduct outbound calls to engage with potential students and discuss the benefits of our
EdTech courses.
4. Advise students on course selection, academic programs, and career pathways.
5. Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback and support.
6. Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and progress.
7. Stay updated on the latest educational trends, tools, and resources to provide informed
guidance to students.
8. Address student concerns and challenges promptly and effectively, offering appropriate
resources and referrals.
9. Contribute to the development and improvement of academic counselling services and
resources.
10. Guide students through the enrolment process, providing assistance with application
procedures, course selection, and financial options.
11. Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and credibility with prospective students.
12.Address any concerns or objections with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.
