Job Description

Position Summary:

As a key member of the Acute Division, the Sales Professional is responsible for driving sales growth within hospitals, surgical centers, and other acute care facilities. This role focuses on delivering value-based solutions, building lasting relationships with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and positioning the company as a trusted partner in improving patient outcomes.

We e looking for a high-performing woman sales professional who brings both strategic thinking and genuine care to the customer experience. Your ability to connect with healthcare professionals and understand clinical environments will be essential to your success.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan targeting acute care facilities, including hospitals, ERs, and ORs.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers including clinicians, procurement teams, and hospital administrators.
  • Conduct in-service training and product demonstrations for clinical staff.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, clinical support, customer service) to deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and performance KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, competitive products, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand visibility and influence.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare services, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience selling into acute care or hospital environments is strongly preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office.
  • Comfort navigating clinical settings and understanding medical terminology.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.
