Roles and Responsibilities
Implementing Employee Welfare Schemes & Welfare Activities.
Also ensuring welfare amenities as laid down in the various Social Security Acts
Conducting various Welfare Committee Meetings , maintaining minutes of meeting ,
resolving and keeping a track of the problems received in meeting.
Filling of Labour Welfare forms and ensuring that the eligible workers are aware and
avail the labour welfare benefits they are entitled for as per government norms.
Planning & Implementing Employee Engagement Activities.
Assisting Chairperson for ICC Committee for handling any such issues pertaining to
the same and also ensuring employee awareness and Zero tolerance on subject matter
so that they feel socially secured in the workplace.
Regular interaction and communication meeting with workers, supervisors and staff
for making sound and harmonious industrial relationship between employees and
employers.
Organizing and Managing of Employee Engagement activities i.e. Safety week,
Environment week, Blood donation / Health camp etc.
Counseling of workers on Absenteeism, Family conflict attrition, production target
and achievements.
Coordinating various compliances with the concerned buyers.
Grievances redressal procedures
Organizing works committee, Health Safety & Environment Committee, Canteen
committee POSH & ICC Committee
Conducting training on Communication, Leadership, Time Management, Stress
Management, First Aid training etc.
Conduct meeting on Canteen, prevention of sexual Harassment, health & safety,
grievance and educate them in all aspects.
Checking all the compliance aspects daily and rectify if there is any irregularities
Involve in Statutory as well as social compliance.
To generate meaningful reports and other MIS.
To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
