Job Description:
We are seeking a versatile and creative Web Designer and Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in web design (specifically using Wix Platform), graphic design, social media content creation, video editing, and the production of brochures and infographics. This role requires a strong design sense, technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects.


Responsibilities:


- Web Design (Wix Platform):
- Design, develop, and manage websites using the Wix platform.
- Customize Wix templates to suit branding and functionality needs.
- Ensure websites are responsive, mobile-friendly, and optimized for SEO.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and provide design solutions.
- Implement and maintain website updates and enhancements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues.


- Graphic Design:
- Design and produce high-quality graphics for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the companys brand guidelines.
- Prepare design files for print and digital distribution.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.


- Social Media Content Creation:
- Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments and messages.
- Analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices.


- Video Editing:
- Edit video footage to create engaging content for various platforms (social media, websites, advertisements).
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality video content.
- Add music, graphics, and effects to enhance the final product.
- Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms and formats.
- Manage and organize video files and assets.


- Brochure Design:
- Design and produce high-quality brochures for print and digital distribution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and layouts.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the companys brand guidelines.
- Prepare design files for print production.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.


- Infographic Design:
- Design and produce high-quality infographics for various media (websites, social media, presentations, reports).
- Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to understand data and develop creative visual solutions.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand guidelines.
- Prepare design files for digital distribution.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools.


Qualifications:
- Proven experience in web design, specifically with Wix.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles and projects.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Media, or related field preferred.


This multifaceted role requires a candidate who is not only creative and technically proficient but also adaptable and capable of handling various types of digital media projects.
