We are seeking a results-driven VLSI Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team and play a critical role in identifying and hiring top-tier talent in the semiconductor/VLSI industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for candidates across a wide range of VLSI roles, including ASIC/FPGA design, verification, physical design, DFT, RTL design, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand detailed job requirements for various VLSI roles.
• Proactively source and attract top semiconductor talent through job boards, social media, LinkedIn, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Coordinate technical interviews with engineering teams and provide regular feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and generate recruitment reports as needed.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of VLSI professionals for current and future hiring needs.
• Stay updated with trends in the semiconductor/VLSI industry to better target talent and improve outreach strategies.
• Support employer branding efforts within the semiconductor community.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Engineering, or related field (technical background is a strong plus).
• 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on VLSI, semiconductor, or embedded systems roles.
• Familiarity with VLSI job functions such as RTL design, verification, physical design, DFT, STA, etc.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Experience working with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
• Ability to handle multiple roles and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience recruiting for top semiconductor companies or VLSI service providers.
• Understanding of EDA tools and VLSI design flows.
• Experience in global hiring and working with cross-functional teams across different time zones.
