• Role: KAM & Seller Support Specialist
• Role: Contractual with probability to get permanent

• Work Mode: Work from Office
• Working days: Mon to Sat (6 days)
• Shift time: 10 AM to 7 PM (9 hours)
• Location: Kolkata (Salt Lake)
• LOB: Data | Digital Commerce Solutions (e-Commerce)
Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end Seller Account Management.
• Ability to manage allocated sellers to meet the set goals.
• Drive GMV, Listings, Promotions, Inventory, and Geographic expansion.
• Seller Escalation Management understands and solves seller problems.
• Re-activating inactive sellers.
• Guiding sellers on listing best practices.
• Educating sellers on product/process/policy know-how.
• Plan and drive key business initiatives across sellers to enhance seller health.
Skill Set:
• Effective verbal communication abilities in Hindi/English.
• Should have basic knowledge of the e-commerce domain & related jargon, such as account management, seller support, seller, buyer, return, etc.
• Should be able to build quick connect/rapport.
Experience and Education:
• Graduate can apply.
• Experience: 0-3 years (at least 3 months experience in any eCommerce voice process is preferred)
