Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecalling Sales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, pitching products or services, handling customer inquiries, and converting leads into sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to handle high call volumes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
  • Generate leads and follow up on existing inquiries to close sales.
  • Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Handle customer objections, provide relevant information, and offer suitable solutions.
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain ongoing communication.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and sales strategies.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on goals and improve outreach.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and/or regional languages, depending on target markets.
