Role & responsibilities
1. Patient Outreach: Make outbound calls to potential patients and their families to explain the benefits of medical crowdfunding.
Provide detailed information on how ImpactGuru can assist in raising funds for medical treatments.
2. Onboarding: Guide patients through the process of creating fundraising campaigns on the ImpactGuru platform. Assist in setting up campaign profiles, including gathering necessary documentation and crafting compelling stories.
3. Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with patients and their families. Address any queries or concerns patients may have regarding the fundraising process.
4. Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly onboarding targets. Ensure a high conversion rate of potential patients to active campaigners.
Preferred candidate profile
Need candidates with Excellent English communications
- Should have telesales/Education counseling experience
- Age should be under 35
- Should be confident and smart
