The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in their field, a problem-solving mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks according to schedules or work orders.
• Install, test, and calibrate equipment or systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or technical issues.
• Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
• Document work performed, including inspections, repairs, and parts used.
• Collaborate with engineers or senior technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean working area.
• Provide technical support or training to clients or junior staff when necessary.
• Keep up to date with new technologies and industry developments.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical certification (Associate’s degree in a technical field is a plus).
• Proven experience as a technician in a relevant industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, or IT systems (depending on specialty).
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, or blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle tools and equipment.
• Valid driver’s license may be required, depending on job nature.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification or training in [specific systems or technologies, e.g., HVAC, CompTIA, PLCs].
