Were expanding fast and are looking for a skilled Technical Manager to lead our Facades Division and take ownership of technical delivery from design to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the end-to-end faade design process.

Review and finalize technical drawings, BOQs, and design details.

Coordinate with architects, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.

Solve on-site technical issues and ensure quality standards are met.

Manage documentation, approvals, and material specifications.

Guide the team and ensure smooth execution of multiple faade projects.

Ensure compliance with building codes, safety norms, and project timelines.

Skills & Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in faade systems like curtain walls, ACP, glass glazing, etc.

Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, structural basics, and faade materials.

Should have worked in the facade industry and should have experience in executing projects

Good communication and coordination skills with vendors and clients.

Experience in managing site execution and resolving technical snags.

Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
