Life on the Team:
As a Team Lead, youll be part of a high-performing operations team responsible for the smooth delivery of asset management services. Youll be at the forefront of driving operational excellence, managing service quality, and leading a team to meet performance expectations. Your role is critical in ensuring our service commitments are met, while fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners. What You’ll Do
Operational Delivery
- Oversee the daily operations of asset management services, ensuring alignment with contractual requirements.
- Manage operational efficiency, control delivery costs, and address aged incident backlogs.
- Ensure accurate asset tracking and maintain optimal stock and service levels.
- Identify and implement continuous service improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Reporting and Analysis
- Generate and present detailed management reports with actionable insights.
- Leverage Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, for data analysis and performance reporting.
Change Management
- Evaluate and approve changes that impact asset management services.
- Coordinate the delivery of approved changes and communicate any deviations or unplanned activities effectively.
Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for operational outcomes in your region.
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
Business Management
- Partner with leadership to support account growth and ensure all contractual obligations are understood and met.
- Proactively identify and drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
General Management & Leadership
- Inspire, lead, and support your team to consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and manage change effectively across the function.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience in operational leadership roles, ideally within asset management or related services.
- Strong working knowledge of Office 365 tools — particularly Excel (data analysis) and PowerPoint (reporting).
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify and explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Familiarity with asset management best practices and service delivery standards.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving performance improvements.
Performance Metrics
- Meet or exceed KPIs related to service delivery, data integrity, operational efficiency, and team performance.
- Ensure full compliance with SLAs and successful implementation of change management processes.
