Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Lead to manage day-to-day activities, guide team members, and ensure that team goals are met. The Team Lead will act as the point of contact between management and frontline employees, fostering collaboration, resolving issues, and driving high performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily team activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor team performance and report on metrics such as productivity, quality, and attendance.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and support to team members to help them achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Address escalated issues or customer complaints promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and timely execution of tasks.
  • Assist in workforce planning, task delegation, and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives and promote best practices.
  • Maintain a positive team environment that promotes growth and accountability.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or senior role within a team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
  • Proficient in using productivity and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, CRM, ERP, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., customer support, IT, retail, BPO].
  • Previous experience using tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Jira, or Trello.
  • Leadership training or certifications (e.g., People Management, Lean Six Sigma).
