Roles & responsibilities
1. Builds and maintains relationships with the talent pool in regional markets.
2. Opens and manages requisitions throughout recruiting cycle
3. Manages candidates database, including resumes and applications
4. Identifies recruiting channels and conducts searches for candidates.
5. Create Job descriptions for various departments
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast - paced environment.
7. Hands-on experience with full -cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
8. Excellent Verbal and written communication skills
9. High on Accountability and ownership
10. Good negotiation and presentation skills.
11. Excellent Computer and MS Office Knowledge.
