5. Drive salary discussions, offer rollouts, and ensure timely closures.

6. Partner with stakeholders to align hiring needs with business goals.

7. Provide recruitment analytics and reports to leadership for decision-making.

8. Head-hunt for hard-to-fill roles in the automotive and mobility space.

9. Skills worked on Embedded Engineers, Mobile Application Developers, Validation Engineers, Automation Testing Specialists, Automotive R&D Experts, PLM, CAD, CAN engineers and many more niche automotive technology roles.
